1. The router has been paired, but since upgrading the app the router cannot be managed.

2. The router has been set up, but router pairing failed, or logging in to app for pairing failed.

Please try the following solutions:

1. Upgrade the ROM to the latest version: To check for updates, connect to Wi-Fi and enter "192.168.31.1" or "router.miwifi.com" in your browser. This will take you to the management platform. Go to "Common Settings" - "System Settings" to check for ROM version updates.

2. After upgrading to the latest ROM version, make sure that the country selected for the router and the app are the same. You may need to re-pair the app after upgrading.
